Tucked into 10 hectares of secluded farmland, the centuries-old stone farmhouse anchors an estate where fertile soil is sown for the free-flowing exchange of energy, ideas, and restorative growth.
An enlightened program of rituals, from communal farming and slow-food workshops to lectures on diverse topics related to farming, sustainability, and urbanism fosters a spirit of organic togetherness.
Wildly enveloped by the pastoral verdure of Ibiza’s heartland, La Granja is a 10-hectare farmstead, featuring 20 tiered acres of pine and citrus forests and fertile gardens, overseen by a master farmer and an all-knowing pig. In collaboration with the Ibiza Preservation Fund (IPF), La Granja aims to preserve the natural beauty of the island through local initiatives and programs supporting organic farming. Here, among the heady scents of ficus and figs, is the real Ibiza. The one untouched by time and tourism, the one of rambling roads, brooding mountains and peerless ocean vistas.
The property, which includes a nine-bedroom farmhouse, a freestanding, two-bedroom guesthouse, a pool and kitchen, embraces both the heritage of the farmhouse and its inherent connection to the land, while honoring rustic simplicity, growth and decay, modesty and transience.
La Granja curates a program of collective rituals meant to raise awareness, connect likeminded people, inspire change, and promote mindfulness. From communal farming and slow-food workshops to guest lectures and guided meditation, our gatherings foster an environment of organic togetherness.
The Friends of a Farmer collective operates from a core mandate to grow, nourish, and give back. By joining, you will gain access to a network of like-minded people who are committed to improving themselves and the world around them.
